CAD Design

Typically our clients come to us with CAD models that need to be modified, but we’ve also been handed “napkin sketches” where we’ve had to start from scratch.  Regardless of what you bring to us, we can handle it.

Toledo Prototype uses top-of-the-line CATIA V5 and Siemens NX design software.  This gives us both surface and solid modeling capabilities.  We create fully parametric models that can easily be modified.

That means that we can make design changes rapidly—with a variety of options.  For example, do you want to consider optional design features?  No problem.  We can incorporate them and switch them on and off to help you in your decision-making process.

Although having the right tools are important, what is equally as important is knowing how to use them.  Our designers pride themselves in keeping up with the latest technology, which translates into added capability, accuracy and time-savings for you.
