Reverse Engineering

For those who want to duplicate already existing parts or a specific physical geometry but for some reason don’t have the CAD files—not a problem.  At Toledo Prototype we have several reverse engineering tools at our disposal.

For example, our 3D laser scanner is an efficient way to take measurements and translate them into a CAD model.  We can also use an optical comparators or precision tools to create the measurements.

We look at each project from its own unique perspective and recommend the tools that can get you from part to CAD model to physical prototype in the most efficient manner possible.
